Paul is a Managing Director in the Real Estate practice and has 20 years’ experience in real estate, valuation and restructuring, predominantly within the financial services sector for secured lending, business support and recovery purposes.   

Before joining KR8, Paul was a director at a national chartered surveying practice and a founding managing director of a UK real estate advisory division of a global professional services firm.   

Paul is a chartered surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, fellow of Nara, the Association for Property and Fixed Charge Receivers, and a RICS Registered Property Receiver.

James Liddiment

With over 18 years of experience, James has worked across a broad range of real estate asset classes and sectors. He is a trusted adviser with extensive experience of development projects and complex assets. 

James has undertaken project work for various stakeholders encompassing strategic valuation, capital markets and asset management guidance in respect of single high-profile assets to large portfolios. 

He is a RICS Registered Property Receiver and RICS Registered Valuer. 

Annika Kisby

Annika specialises in real estate valuation, restructuring and turnaround advisory. 

With over 20 years of experience, Annika has worked across a wide range of real estate asset classes and sectors, predominantly on behalf of the main UK financial institutions, secured lenders, funds and key stakeholders throughout the UK.   

Annika is a trusted adviser with extensive experience of super prime high-end residential property and residential buy-to-let portfolios, as well as development projects and complex assets. 

Annika is a chartered surveyor, fellow of Nara, the Association for Property and Fixed Charge Receivers, and a RICS Registered Property Receiver as well as an Assessor for Nara. 

Tom Parker

Tom is a chartered surveyor with over 18 years of experience in real estate, valuation and restructuring, predominantly within the financial services sector for secured lending, business support and recovery purposes.

Specialising in insolvency, in particular LPA (Fixed Charge) Receivership, he provides valuation and strategy advice for a number of banks and alternative lenders and also undertakes secured lending valuation work.

Before joining KR8 Advisory, Tom was a director of the UK real estate advisory division of a global professional services firm. He is a chartered surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer, fellow of Nara, the Association for Property and Fixed Charge Receivers and a RICS Registered Property Receiver.

Chris Holt

Chris Holt is a Director in the Manchester office specialising in real estate valuations, restructuring and recovery. Valuation, asset management and strategic disposal advice form the primary areas of Chris’s experience. Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer and has experience valuing and advising across all real estate and asset classes for a variety of clients including banks, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, pension funds, developers and public sector bodies throughout the UK. 

Chris joined KR8 from a global consultancy firm and was previously at a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. Chris was seconded to a major property Lender in 2018 where he advised the Credit function on property specific issues. 

Gordon Dunne

Gordon Dunne is a Director in the London office specialising in, restructuring and recovery. His expertise focuses on strategic review, asset management and asset divestment provided to banks, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, pension funds, developers and public sector bodies throughout the UK.

Gordon is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 10 years of Real Estate experience and has worked on over 250 LPA Fixed Charge Receivership appointments by secured lenders over UK Real Estate (and associated interests), Advising clients on optimal disposal strategies such as private treaty, auction and refinance of assets ranging from £100k – £70m.

Gordon joined KR8 from a global consultancy firm and was previously at a national firm of Chartered Surveyors where he spent seven years specialising in Receivership and Recoveries of assets nationwide.
