Roberto Ponti

Professional Background

Roberto is an Associate Director in the KR8 Advisory team.  He brings 8 years of experience in finance roles, notably restructuring and M&A. 

Prior to joining, Roberto was part of Grant Thornton and more recently RSM, where he contributed to the growth of the Special Situations M&A offering. 

Roberto has experience advising on business disposals and fundraisings, particularly in complex and accelerated transactions. Recent deals include:

• The sale of JJO PLC, a national EOT-owned furniture manufacturing business. 
• The carve-outs of two non-core subsidiaries of the property firm Osborne Group, to recapitalise its balance sheet.
