Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Associate Managing Director based in our London office. Specialising in distressed real estate, development monitoring, restructuring and project recovery.
With almost 20 years of experience across consultancy, banking and advisory, Ian advises lenders, insolvency practitioners, investors and developers on complex real estate and construction-related challenges. His experience encompasses technical due diligence, development monitoring, construction risk management and project recovery across a broad range of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
Prior to joining KR8 Advisory, Ian worked within a specialist banking restructuring team, giving him a unique understanding of both the technical property issues and commercial considerations associated with distressed projects. He is a trusted adviser who delivers pragmatic solutions that help stakeholders manage risk, protect value and achieve positive outcomes.
