Professional Background
Harris is a Managing Director in the Advisory team. Harris brings over 20 years’ experience in restructuring and turnaround advisory, specialising in financial restructuring, stakeholder advisory, performance improvement and cashflow management situations.
He began his career at a Big Four firm, where he spent 15 years in the Restructuring team, including secondments with HSBC’s Restructuring unit and First Bank of Nigeria. He later moved into senior leadership roles within UK mid-tier firms, leading restructuring teams.
Harris has extensive experience advising lenders, shareholders, boards and pension schemes across infrastructure, hospitality, construction, engineering, manufacturing and healthcare sectors. He has led independent business reviews, cashflow forecasting, turnaround planning, refinancing and equity raises, including transactions delivered through accelerated M&A processes and restructurings.
