Hamza is an Associate Director within KR8’s Advisory team, bringing over 10 years’ experience across audit, deal advisory, and restructuring. He has advised management teams, lenders, and other stakeholders on a range of complex and high-profile situations.
Prior to joining KR8, Hamza spent five years in PwC’s restructuring practice, working on high-profile engagements. His experience includes supporting clients with contingency planning, liquidity management, and stakeholder negotiations.
Hamza is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant with experience delivering debt advisory assignments, strategic options analysis, special situation M&A processes, and independent business reviews across a broad range of sectors.
