Alexandra is a Director based in London, operating nationally. She has over ten years’ experience across receivership, valuation and commercial real estate, with a particular focus on fixed charge receivership and the management of distressed assets across residential and mixed-use property.
Alexandra is a qualified Fixed Charge Receiver and draws on her background in commercial investment, valuation, auctioneering and lease consultancy to provide practical, outcome-driven advice to lenders and appointing creditors. Her appointment history reflects both the scale and complexity of work she handles, spanning high-value individual assets, part-built residential developments and mixed-use nationwide portfolios sold through a combination of private treaty and auction.
Alexandra holds an MA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Edinburgh, an MSc in Real Estate Management, and is a Member of RICS and a Fellow of NARA.
