On May 13 2025, after a thorough marketing process, Mike Lennon and Jimmy Saunders of KR8 successfully sold the Group’s business and assets to Org Group, a global organisational engineering firm which owns the Morgan McKinley brand.
Although the business had navigated the Covid-19 pandemic, recent market challenges as well as a change in key personnel had led to a reduction in revenues, meaning the central UK business was unsustainable in its current form despite management’s best efforts to realign the overhead base.
