Gordon Dunne

Gordon Dunne is a Director in the London office specialising in, restructuring and recovery. His expertise focuses on strategic review, asset management and asset divestment provided to banks, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, pension funds, developers and public sector bodies throughout the UK.​

Gordon is a Chartered Surveyor and has over 10 years of Real Estate experience and has worked on over 250 LPA Fixed Charge Receivership appointments by secured lenders over UK Real Estate (and associated interests), Advising clients on optimal disposal strategies such as private treaty, auction and refinance of assets ranging from £100k – £70m.​

Gordon joined KR8 from a global consultancy firm and was previously at a national firm of Chartered Surveyors where he spent seven years specialising in Receivership and Recoveries of assets nationwide. ​
